Garden Student Program internships

Stella Gardens and Farm at Michael Fields Agricultural Institute is a certified organic, hands-on training farm that instructs students in vegetable production. The goal of the program is to teach practical skills for garden, farm and horticultural vocations.

Student fields trips and guided visits to the farm and gardens

Book Provider Service

We have over 2000 books on organic farming and gardening, sustainable agriculture, biodynamics, animal care, grass farming and other related topics including children's books and cookbooks. Books are available for purchase at the Institute, via mail order, and at conferences throughout the Midwest.
